Intakes
Intakes are the first step in our evaluation process and are conducted Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and need to be scheduled with our receptionist by calling (406) 727-2512. This appointment takes approximately 2 hours. Please bring information that may be of assistance to our intake/ counseling team members. At the time of your intake, you will be sceduled with one of our counseling team members for the evaluation.
Evaluations
Evaluations are the heart of our treatment process and are conducted Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The evaluation is a 2-part process, consisting of the evaluation and a recommendation session. The evaluation is scheduled for 2 hours and the recommendation session is scheduled for 1 hour. Emergency evaluations are handled according to the level of severity and will be prioritized. Appointment will be scheduled during the Intake Session.
Intervention
Gateway Recovery Center offers assistance to those who wish to intervene on the substance use of a family member or a friend. Please review the information below and call (406) 727-2512 to speak to a member of our treatment team.
Case Management
Case Management services are offered to clients who are involved in treatment at Gateway Recovery Center. We have found that treatment success hinges on a client's basic needs being taken care of. Our Case Manager can assist with accessing housing, vocational rehabilitation, and job search assistance.
On-Call Service
A licensed chemical dependency counselor is on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for crisis situations. The counselor can be reached by dialing (406) 727-2512.
